Team Directory / Parents Guide

Task Description

 To gather information, pictures and data to be placed on the Swim Team website. Forward the information to the Team webmaster to be posted on the Team website.

Information Collection

 Team Directory: Information such as swimmer names, parent’s names, phone numbers and email addresses. This can be obtained from the Team Secretary.

Headshots: Obtain headshot photos from the Team Photographer.

 Synopsis of the Team History: This can be obtained from the previous years Parent Guide and came be updated to reflect current information.

Swim Records:  School records can be obtained from Team Statistician. State records can obtained from the OHSAA website.

 Any other information or data deemed necessary or pertinent to swim team parents.
