**Make sure that the freshmen know about dressing up **

January
Early Jan.  Have Jr’s. pick theme for banquet and menu if allowing them to do menu.

Call Jr. parent meeting we met at Arabica/Mocha Joe’s

Confirm with Silver Springs and Lodgedate is set right after Banquet and is usually 2 weeks after State meet,

Must go to Park and Rec office and Board of Ed. office

See who will step up and head these committees

Getting caterer
Getting D.J.
Decoration show it’s going to look, colors, etc
Invitations and nametags
Contact Booster Club 4 year commitment awards
Talking to Picture Guy slide show and individual pictures of kids for tables
Getting M.C.
Ask Captains to think about what to get Coaches

February
Call meeting
 
Make sure Booster Club/Athletic Department know 4 year swimmers and divers

Invitations to Coaches and their guests did not charge them

Set price for banquet Coaches gift donation was added here

Floor plan did same as past

Try to get list of what kid’s will be dressing as

Get invitations out in early February did online

Get floor plan back to Park and Rec office they set up the tables

March
Call last meeting and confirm everything

Get someone to say Grace

Get someone to Speak in beginning (usually is Board President )

Confirm with Booster Club

Day of Banquet
Decorate Lodge (can get into Lodge at 9:00a.m.)

We found that 2 big rolls of the plastic table covering will cover all the tables

Set final line up from kids as to how will be introduced

I had the Captains do this as the kids arrived

After Banquet

Go to Park and Rec office and set the date for next years Banquet, will also have to go to the Board of Education office for their okay
